Fan LV2
For the 2022 season, BioToi – the world's most compact dry-separating toilet with composting function – presents the completely redesigned LV2 fan unit. With the same power consumption (1 W), this fan offers 35% more airflow than its predecessor. It also features integrated interval ventilation, integrated undervoltage protection, and reverse polarity protection. For fan models from January 2023 onwards, the white wire is the positive terminal and the brown wire is the negative terminal. Note: The arrow on the fan indicates the airflow direction. This must point away from the BioToi.
Electrical connection for fan LV2 (Ford Nugget)
This section explains the electrical connection of the BioToi LV2 fan in detail. It also shows how to install the control unit in the storage compartment of the Ford Nugget and how to electrically fuse the fan. The cable routing is also shown. NOTE: On current fans, the power supply cables are wired as follows: Positive 12V = white cable; Negative (vehicle ground) = brown cable

Installation of the fan unit with the docking station in the Ford Nugget
The BioToi is not only the most compact dry-separating toilet with an integrated agitator and the largest urine tank, it's also the only one that can be ventilated using a patent-pending docking station: The ventilation is "connected" to the BioToi's housing in the storage compartment. When you pull the toilet out of the compartment, it can be easily handled and moved without a permanently attached hose. Thus, the BioToi offers the best of both worlds: reliably ventilated in the storage compartment and maximum flexibility in use 😉
