Thanks to its optimized geometry, it is compatible with common installation situations of swivel and space-saving bathrooms. In most cases, the design allows for a direct replacement of existing cassette toilets without the need for structural changes to the vehicle.

Pössl Summit Prime 640
The BioTioo is specially designed to fit the swivel baths of the Pössl models. Thanks to its compact design, the full swivel range of the wall is preserved, allowing you to continue using your motorhome as a shower without any restrictions. No loss of space and no compromises on freedom of movement.
Pössl Summit 540 (Year of manufacture 2020)
Especially in the compact swivel bathroom of the Pössl Summit 540, every centimeter counts. The BioTioo is precisely designed for this installation situation, uses the available space as efficiently as possible, and enables true self-sufficiency on a minimal footprint. The fit has been tested for all model years of the series. The swivel function of the wall remains fully intact and without restrictions.
Adria Supreme 640 SGX
Even in the popular duplex bathroom of the Adria Supreme series, the BioTioo is precisely tailored to the actual installation situation. The compact geometry follows the radii of the swivel wall exactly, so the conversion to a shower continues to work just as smoothly as it did from the factory. The result: a clean replacement of the cassette toilet.
Knaus BoxStar 630
Even in the spacious layout of the Knaus BoxStar 630, the BioTioo integrates seamlessly into the existing bathroom architecture. The dimensions are precisely tailored to the intended installation niches, so neither the passage nor the shower cabin is restricted.
Does the BioTioo fit in my swivel bath?
Swivel bathrooms are space-optimized wet rooms in motorhomes with a movable washbasin or shower wall. The BioTioo was developed with compact installation dimensions to fit into such installation situations. Even if your vehicle model is not explicitly listed here, the BioTioo is compatible with common swivel bathroom constructions.
Due to the reduced height and depth, the swivel function of the washbasin wall usually remains intact. This does not restrict the passage or use of the shower.
Swivel and rotation mechanisms in the swivel bath: Optional installation solutions
In some swivel bathrooms, the toilet is not fixedly installed but moved using a rotating or swivel mechanism. The toilet sits on a rotatable or swivel carrier plate to free up the shower area or enlarge the passage. Such designs are especially common in very compact wet rooms and serve to maximize space utilization.
The BioTioo is basically designed for permanent installation instead of a cassette toilet. A standard rotating or swivel mechanism is currently not included in the product scope. However, technically, integration into an existing swivel or rotating module is possible, provided the installation dimensions, load capacity, and attachment points fit the respective construction.
Install BioTioo in the swivel bath – procedure and positioning
1. Preparation of the mounting surface
In the first step, the existing cassette toilet is removed and the mounting surface in the swivel bathroom is exposed. The adapter or carrier plate is precisely placed on the existing floor. Attachment points and drill holes are positioned so that they align with the existing substructure of the vehicle.
2. Alignment and fixation of the carrier plate
The mounting plate is precisely aligned and screwed to the vehicle floor. It is important that the plate lies flat and is not tilted. This creates a stable, durable base for the later installation of the BioTioo in the swivel bathroom.
3. Installation of the BioTioo on the adapter plate
The BioTioo is positioned on the prepared base plate and screwed in place using the designated mounting points. The load is evenly distributed across the plate. During this phase, it is also checked whether the distances to the wall, swivel wall, and shower area are maintained.
4. End position in the swivel bath and functional test
After installation, the swivel function of the sink or shower wall is tested. The toilet remains firmly mounted while the movement range of the swivel bath is maintained. Finally, it is checked whether the passage, shower, and wall mechanism can be used without restrictions.

In practice, this means
If you do not want to position the toilet in the swivel bathroom at an angle or fixed, but rather rotate or swing it away using a movable mechanism, this can be achieved through vehicle-specific or custom substructures. BioTioo itself relies on a stable, flat mounting surface (e.g., rigid PVC) and clear attachment points, as used with classic cassette toilets.
Important: Implementing a swivel or swing mechanism is always dependent on the vehicle and construction and is not part of the standard installation. Therefore, we recommend technically checking such solutions in advance, especially regarding:
- Installation dimensions and available space
- Stability of the support plate
- Attachment points on the floor and wall
- Clearance of the swivel wall and shower
Note on adapter plates and special constructions
The adapter plates, carrier plates, and special constructions for installation in the swivel bath shown in the examples are not part of the current delivery scope of BioTioo. BioTioo does not currently offer these components as standard products. Custom solutions such as adapter plates, rotary or swivel mechanisms are vehicle-specific custom-made products and must be planned and implemented separately.
