Contest terms and conditions – One-year supply of fiber refills

1. Organizer
   Organizer of the contest is [BioToi GmbH, Albersbacherstraße 78, 77704 Oberkirch].

2. Participation period

   • Participation only via the QR code provided at the trade fair.

   • The QR code is valid from August 29, 2025, through September 7, 2025, inclusive.

   • Participation is no longer possible after this period.

3. Eligibility to participate

   • Eligible to participate are all natural persons aged 18 and over residing in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland.

   • Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded.

   • Each person may only participate in the contest once. Multiple entries or automated registrations will be excluded.

4. Prize

   • Among all valid entries, a one-year supply of fiber refills will be raffled.

   • One year's supply corresponds to 6 packs of fiber refills, which are normally sufficient for about 12 months of use (2 months per pack).

   • The prize will be awarded as a complete package: all 6 packs will be sent together in a single shipment.

   • The prize will be awarded in the form of a voucher, which can be redeemed by December 31, 2025 at the latest.

   • The shipment of the annual supply will then take place in January 2026.

5. Draw

   • The draw will take place mid-October 2025 by lot among all valid entries.

   • The winner will be notified by email.

   • If there is no response within 7 days, the claim expires and a new draw will be held.

6. Exclusion & restrictions

   • A cash payout, an exchange, or a transfer of the prize is excluded.

   • The prize may not be resold or given away.

7. Liability

   • The organizer assumes no liability for technical malfunctions, faulty transmissions, or incorrect information provided by participants.

8. Data protection

   • Email address and name are collected exclusively for conducting the contest and notifying the winner.

   • Personal data of the participants will be deleted after the contest ends, unless there is an explicit consent for the newsletter.

9. Platform notice

   • The contest is not connected to Meta (Facebook/Instagram) or the trade fair and is in no way sponsored, supported, or organized by them.

10. Legal recourse
    Legal recourse is excluded.
