Emptying it is also straightforward: depending on usage, the solids container only needs emptying after 20 to 30 uses – saving time and protecting the environment. The seat is designed so that the divider is positioned high, ensuring a clear and clean separation of urine and solids. The raised base in the middle prevents the divider from being touched. The system works perfectly even for smaller body sizes, such as children or girls. This clever design prevents liquids from running backward and thus prevents unpleasant odors.
Parents and caregivers can rest assured that the toilet is precisely tailored to the needs of children and offers them maximum hygiene and comfort.
Which composting toilet is best suited to my garden?
Before choosing a garden toilet, you should consider the specific requirements for use in a garden or forest kindergarten. Thanks to its modular system, the BioTioo offers flexibility – you don't have to commit to a permanent solution, as it can be expanded or reduced at any time.
The BioTioo can be used as both a simple dry toilet and an advanced composting toilet. This means you can start with the bag version and later upgrade to the composting toilet with an agitator and longer emptying cycles if your needs grow. This modular approach ensures you can adapt the toilet at any time without needing all the features from the outset.
Furthermore, you increase the comfort and user-friendliness of your garden toilet if it is easy to position and empty. The simpler the maintenance, the more pleasant the use – this way you can enjoy your composting toilet for a long time without having to worry about complicated installations or frequent maintenance.
A toilet that protects the forest
Unlike many other garden toilets, such as chemical toilets, the BioTioo operates completely without chemicals. This means: no harmful substances requiring special care during disposal, and no chemicals that should come into contact with skin.
Most toilets often require complex disposal by truck or special disposal stations, as their chemical contents must not enter the groundwater or the soil.
With BioTioo, on the other hand, the solids can be easily and safely disposed of in the residual waste or recycled on a separate compost heap – completely without toxic additives.
Compared to chemical toilets, the BioTioo is also significantly easier to clean and maintain. Waste separation ensures clean and hygienic handling. Solid waste is simply disposed of in the regular trash or on a home compost heap – without any toxic additives.
No limitations imposed by the urine tank – maximum freedom with external connection
The UTA (urine tank connection) is a practical extension for our toilet solutions and offers added flexibility, especially in areas like forest kindergartens and gardens. While the BioTioo already functions perfectly well without external connections, the UTA can significantly increase convenience when emptying the toilet.
Especially in a kindergarten or forest kindergarten, where children and caregivers are outdoors all day, the urine tank can fill up quickly. With the UTA, the urine is automatically diverted to an external tank or a larger collection container, so the internal tank needs to be emptied less frequently. This means less effort and longer use before emptying is necessary.
But don't worry: The UTA is completely optional. If you prefer a simpler solution, you can use the BioToi without the UTA and empty the urine container manually. This is ideal, especially for smaller forest kindergartens or use in the garden. However, if your needs increase, you can always retrofit the UTA and enjoy even greater independence.
Whether you choose the version with or without UTA (Universal Toilet Access) is entirely up to you. This allows you to flexibly adapt your toilet to your needs in kindergarten, forest kindergarten, or garden.
